We retain your data as long as your account remains active or as required by law. You may request account deletion anytime directly inside your Account Settings. Upon deletion, your profile will be immediately hidden and permanently deleted within 30 days.

You agree not to create a fake or multiple profiles, upload offensive or inappropriate photographs, or harass other users. Using other members' contact details for marketing or non-matchmaking purposes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
4. Account Subscription & Refund Policy
All paid plans are subject to clear pricing and billing conditions outlined on our plans page. Any cancellation or refund request must go directly through support, but please note that we generally do not offer refunds after premium activation.
