1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using JeevanMeet, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not create an account or use any of our services.
2. Eligibility for Registration
To register as a member or use our services, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently 18 years for females and 21 years for males). All registered users must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
3. User Conduct & Prohibited Behavior
You agree not to create a fake or multiple profiles, upload offensive or inappropriate photographs, or harass other users. Using other members' contact details for marketing or non-matchmaking purposes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
4. Account Subscription & Refund Policy
All paid plans are subject to clear pricing and billing conditions outlined on our plans page. Any cancellation or refund request must go directly through support, but please note that we generally do not offer refunds after premium activation.
5. Disclaimers & Governing Law
JeevanMeet does not authenticate users' background, financial status, or personal lives. We highly advise conducting separate direct background checks before finalizing marriages. These terms are governed under Indian Law.
